Support Pricing Benefits:

• We DO NOT BILL HOME USERS PER HOUR Some AV/Spyware scans or HDD utilities can take hours to finish and we do not think charging per hour for this helps the customer - Most home users will not pay £80+ to have a virus removed
• NO call out fees
• NO fix NO fee
• ALL major credit / debit cards accepted in your home / office
• Components supplied at trade prices
• FREE remote support with every order
• Pay As You Go or Contract

Pay As You Go IT Support:

Our Pay As You Go IT Support which is ideal for home or small business users; pricing structure is as follows:

• Home users: £40 standard fix rate - each fix includes the following as standard
• Business users £45 for the 1st hour then £30 per hour
• Remote control session £30 per session - NO time limit

Contract IT Support:

Our Contract IT Support is a combined support and maintenance contract which is ideal for small businesses, includes the following:

1 - 5 systems:

• Unlimited support via phone, email or remote control
• Designed for your business hours
• Proactive problem identification
• Virus / malware updates, scans and removal
• Windows operating system updates
• System optimisation / performance tuning
• Network monitoring
• Network security
• Weekly backups
• 8 hours on-site work per month
• 1 hour response time
• £10 per PC per week - Payable monthly - NO minimum contract
• Excludes any hardware upgrade / replacement costs
• Excludes any additional software purchases / licence costs
  
• Excludes Bank Holidays
  

For businesses with 5+ systems or for custom made Service Level Agreements (SLA) including on-site / emergency cover please contact us

Please note that should your system require additional or replacment parts then these will be billed separate
